How about a little Blog Candy??

Well, my handsome husband and I were supposed to be rocking it out last night to Bruce Springsteen but they cancelled the show an hour before due to a death in the singer's immediate family, we don't know who but I'm praying it wasn't one of his children.

We spent the evening watching a movie instead, my husband was pretty upset, he had been looking forward to this for months, Bruce is his all time favorite. Soooo....I have no card for you today...instead I'm offering up this sweet little bundle of blog candy to celebrate having passed 10,000 visitors last week!!

Up for grabs we have the Congrats stamp set, Valet Ribbon Originals featuring Baja Breeze Satin ribbon, Chocolate Chip Polka Dotted Satin Ribbon, and Black Velvet ribbon, and an assortment of retired designer hardware!

All you have to do to be entered to win this fantastic little prize is leave me a comment on this post. A winner will be chosen using Random.org this Sunday November 1st!

Springstein was supposed to play here in the KC area too. From what they said on the news it was a member of his band that passed away. Anyway, enter me in your blog candy drawing too please!

One of the best concerts I EVER attended was a Bruce concert! A friend of mine had someone leave her tickets and when we got there they escorted us in and just kept going, and going and going towards the stage!! We were in about the 6th row center - I couldn't believe it! Prayers for his family and hope he's able to reschedule for you and your hubby!

Oh, I'm praying too that it wasn't a child that passed. Congratulations on your 10,000 hits on your blog. Great - keep it up ladies. Maybe they will reschedule the concert soon. Hope the two of you have fun when it is rescheduled.

I sure hope that it isn't a child, too, but either way, my thoughts and prayers are with his family. Losing a loved one is hard.

Love your blog, and congrats on your hits.

Thanks for offering the candy, and all you do.

Hi Melissa,
I've had a lovely time this afternoon perusing many of your back posts - I just finished September and will be back for August. Found you from your post on LNS group on Yahoo though I think I've been here before on a google search. Thanks for sharing the inspiration and the candy.

Hugs - Jean

PS: I'm crossing my fingers and toes (asked the cats to do so too but they said no way) as I never had the chance to get these ribbons and Hardware before. They're gorgeous!
